Tosin Etomi LL.M. MBA, PHD

Tosin is Country Head for Sahara Energy Resource Ltd in Ghana, one of Africa's leading indigenous oil and gas firms with a global presence including the Middle east and Asia. He oversees the company's activities in the up, mid and downstream space and is team lead for the billion dollar LNG Project in the country. Tosin is a shipping expert with first-hand experience of negotiating the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard contracts entered into with an indigenous African organisation in 2014 for the delivery of 2 LPG vessels. Tosin was previously a lawyer with Nigerian law firm, George Etomi & Partners, before switching paths and joining Sahara Energy in 2009 undertaking stints in their Nigeria, Geneva and Singapore offices before moving to Ghana in 2015 as Country Head. With a strong passion for African business development and continuity, Tosin has embarked on a Doctorate Degree with a focus on succession planning in business partnerships in emerging markets.

Fong Tien Miao, MBA

Fongtien Miao has over 5 years' experience in Asia's Wealth Management industry. An Associate Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Singapore, she is responsible for delivering the firm's investing, wealth transfer, credit and philanthropic services to the ultra-high/net-worth clients in Southeast Asia.

Fongtien started her career as a financial journalist in Singapore as a Singapore Press Holdings scholarship holder, specialising on real estate and Singapore-listed Chinese companies. She was an Associate Director at Bank Julius Baer, managing the bank's marketing and communications strategies in SEA.

Fongtien holds a MSc. in Media and Communications Regulation and Policy at London School of Economics and Political Science; and a BSc. in Economics, Politics and International Studies at University of Warwick. She also has a MBA from INSEAD, Fontainbleau.
