His Excellency Mohamed Abulkheir, Egypt’s ambassador to Singapore, will be the guest speaker on 1 February 2019 and will be addressing Egypt as source and destination of foreign investment in Africa. Given that various institutions in Africa have identified and ranked Egypt as number 1 on their list of investment destinations.
